We use Google's Firebase Analytics to understand how the Game is used. Data collected includes: 
- Session events (app opens, play duration) 
- Progression events (level reached, tutorials completed, achievements unlocked) 
- Gameplay events (constructions, research, battles, expeditions) 
- Aggregated user properties (player level, number of colonies, cumulative play time)

Advertising identifier (IDFA):

We may collect your Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you authorize it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent prompt. This identifier is used to show you relevant ads. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be displayed. SKAdNetwork data:

We use Apple's SKAdNetwork framework to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in a privacy-friendly manner, without individually identifying you.

2.2 Data Provided Voluntarily

Player name:

You choose a commander name in the Game. This name is not linked to your real identity. It may be visible on Game Center leaderboards.

Bug reports:

If you submit a bug report, the following information is collected: 
- Title and description of the issue 
- Bug category 
- Device information (model, iOS version, app version) 
- Game context (player level, colony name, number of colonies)

This information is sent to our Firebase Firestore database and used exclusively to resolve technical issues.

2.3 Game Data Stored Locally

Your game progress (colonies, resources, fleets, research, equipment, achievements) is stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. 
This data does not leave your device unless you use cloud saving via Game Center.

2.4 Game Center Data

If you sign in to Game Center, the following data is processed by Apple: 
- Your Game Center identifier and display name 
- Your leaderboard scores (global points, military, economy, research, defense) 
- Your achievement progress 
- Your game save (via Game Center's cloud save feature)

This data is managed by Apple in accordance with its own privacy policy.

2.5 In-App Purchase Data

In-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information (credit card, Apple ID, billing address). We only receive a transaction confirmation (product identifier, purchase date) to activate the purchased features.

3. Advertising

Stellar Dominion displays ads via Google AdMob. The format used is: 
- Rewarded videos (voluntary viewing in exchange for in-game bonuses). 
All ads are optional. The Game is fully playable without watching any ads. 
If you have authorized ad tracking (ATT), AdMob may use your IDFA to show you personalized ads. Otherwise, only non-personalized ads are displayed. 
You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. How We Use Your Data

 We use the collected data to: 
- Improve the Game: understand the most-used features and identify technical issues 
- Display ads: fund the ongoing development of the Game while keeping it free 
- Ensure functionality: save your progress, manage purchases, power leaderboards 
- Resolve bugs: process voluntarily submitted bug reports 
- Communicate: deliver in-game news and updates through our news system. 

We never use your data to: 
- Personally identify you 
- Send you unsolicited emails or messages 
- Sell your data to third parties

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share data only with the following providers, required for the Game's operation: 
Google Firebase (Analytics) - Anonymized game events (Usage analysis). 
Google AdMob - IDFA (if authorized), advertising data (Ad delivery). 
Apple Game Center - Player name, scores, saves (Leaderboards and cloud saving). 
Apple StoreKit - Transaction confirmations (In-app purchases). 
SKAdNetwork partners - Aggregated attribution data (Advertising campaign measurement). 
We do not sell your personal data. No data is shared with any third parties other than those listed above.

6. Notifications

Stellar Dominion uses local notifications only to inform you of: 
- Completion of building construction, research, or ships 
- Fleet arrivals - Daily quest resets 
- Available offline rewards. 

These notifications are processed entirely on your device. No data is sent to an external server for notifications. You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings.

7. Children's Protection

Stellar Dominion is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you have indicated that you are a minor, personalized ads are automatically disabled (tagForUnderAgeOfConsent). If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Data Retention

- Firebase analytics data: retained for a maximum of 14 months, then automatically deleted by Google 
- Bug reports: retained for the time necessary to resolve the issue, then deleted 
- Game Center data: managed by Apple according to their retention policy 
- Local data: retained on your device until the application is deleted

9. Your Rights

For all users: 
- Decline ad tracking via the ATT prompt or in iOS Settings 
- Decline analytics via the consent screen in the Game 
- Delete your local data by uninstalling the application 
- Delete your cloud save via Game Center settings 
- Disable notifications in iOS Settings.

For European Union residents (GDPR): 
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address provided below. Legal basis for processing: your consent (for analytics and personalized advertising) and our legitimate interest (for Game operation and bug resolution).
For California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what data is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell any personal data.

10. Security

 We take reasonable measures to protect your data: 
- Purchases are verified through Apple's secure system 
- Advertising consent is respected server-side (npa parameter for non-personalized ads) 
- Local data is stored within the secure sandbox of the iOS application

We may update this privacy policy. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you through the in-game news system.
