Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stellar Dominion (hereinafter "the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Game. 

The Game is developed and published by Enoxys (hereinafter "we," "our," "the Publisher").


2. Description of the Service

Stellar Dominion is a free-to-play space strategy game available on iOS. The Game features colony management, fleet construction, galaxy exploration, diplomacy with AI factions, and progression systems.

The Game is provided "as is" and may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.


3. Access Conditions

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Game. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained permission from your legal guardian.

3.2 Account

The Game does not require account creation. Your progress is saved locally on your device. Optional connection to Game Center enables cloud saving and access to leaderboards, subject to Apple's terms.

3.3 Required Hardware

Using the Game requires a compatible device running iOS and an internet connection for certain features (leaderboards, in-game news, ads, in-app purchases, cloud saving).

4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

4.1 Stellar Gems

The Game uses a virtual currency called "Stellar Gems" (hereinafter "Gems"). Gems can be obtained:

  • Free of charge, through in-game progression (daily login, achievements, rewards, voluntary ad viewing)
  • Through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store

4.2  In-App Purchases

The Game offers the following in-app purchases:

  • Gem packs (various quantities)
  • Founder's Pack
  • Permanent production multipliers
  • Ad removal
  • VIP Pass
  • Weekly and monthly subscriptions

4.3 Purchase Conditions
  • All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Apple's payment, billing, and refund terms apply.
  • In-app purchases are non-refundable by the Publisher. For any refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
  • Gems and virtual items have no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or converted into real money.
  • In-app purchase prices may be changed at any time. Purchases already made are not affected.

4.4  Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Subscription management and cancellation are done through your Apple account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
  • Upon cancellation, benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.

4.5 Purchase Restoration

You can restore your purchases at any time from the Game settings. Restoration verifies your transactions with Apple and reactivates the features you are entitled to.


5. Rules of Use

5.1  Authorized Use

You are authorized to use the Game for your personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

It is prohibited to:

  • Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game
  • Use third-party software, bots, scripts, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
  • Manipulate game saves, local data, or network requests to falsify your progress
  • Attempt to circumvent the in-app purchase system or fraudulently obtain Gems or virtual items
  • Use the Game for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order
  • Impersonate another player on Game Center leaderboards
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game for malicious purposes (please report them through the bug report feature)

5.3 Sanctions

In the event of a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to:

  • Reset your progress
  • Remove your scores from leaderboards
  • Block your access to the Game
  • Take any action we deem necessary

6. Leaderboards and Player Content

6.1  Player Name

You choose a commander name displayed in the Game and potentially visible on Game Center leaderboards. This name must not be offensive, discriminatory, inappropriate, or infringe on the rights of any third party.

6.2 Leaderboards

Leaderboards are managed through Apple Game Center. Submitted scores must reflect legitimate progress. We reserve the right to report fraudulent scores to Apple.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Publisher's Rights

Stellar Dominion, its name, logo, graphics, texts, music, sound effects, source code, and all its constituent elements are the exclusive property of Enoxys or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 License of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use the Game on your compatible Apple devices, in compliance with these Terms and the App Store conditions.

7.3  Restrictions

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, or commercial exploitation of the Game or its elements, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Publisher.

8. Advertising

The Game displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are optional and the Game is fully functional without viewing them. The display of personalized ads depends on your consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not control the content of ads served by third-party advertising networks. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, you can report it directly through the tools provided by the advertising network.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Continuity

We strive to keep the Game available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure.

9.2 Evolution

We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove Game features at any time, including gameplay mechanics, balancing, content, and rewards. Such modifications do not entitle you to any compensation.

9.3 Service Discontinuation

In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Game, we will endeavor to notify players within a reasonable timeframe through the in-game news system.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Game Is Provided "As Is"

We do not guarantee that the Game will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 Disclaimer of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of game data or progress (back up regularly via Game Center)
  • Damages resulting from use of the Game not in compliance with these Terms
  • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Game
  • Content of ads served by third parties
  • Issues related to third-party services (Apple, Google, Game Center)

10.3 Liability Cap

In any event, the Publisher's total liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for in-app purchases in the Game over the preceding 12 months.


11. Relationship with Apple


These Terms are between you and the Publisher only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.

Use of the Game is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters within their scope (payments, downloads, subscription management).


  11.1 Acknowledgements

- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the Game.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Game, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the Game fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the Game infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Apple shall not be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any such claim.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

  11.2 Refunds

  - Any refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple, as all transactions are processed through the App Store. The Publisher does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.


12. Personal Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.


13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you through the in-game news system. Continued use of the Game after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The last updated date is indicated at the top of this page.


14. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game in the event of a violation of these Terms, without prior notice or compensation. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of in-app purchases already made.


15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before taking any legal action. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
